About Us

The Club was founded in 1988 by a group of Deer hunters desiring to fellowship and compete with one another during the Spring and Summer months.

We are a core group of thirty-two members in good standing with The Bass Federation Inc. and B.A.S.S.

Our club meetings are currently held on the 1st Sunday of each month at 5-PM at A.R. "Gus" Barksdale Boys and Girls Club  - 1015 O'Kelly Street S.E. - Conyers, GA 30012

During the season we hold approximately two tournaments a month starting in January thru October at various lakes around the region (see tournament schedule for details). Additionally, we conduct three special events our annual Kid's Fishing Derby, Benefit Tournament, and Couples Tournament.

Our Mission

To stimulate public awareness of bass fishing as a major sport. To offer our State Conservation Department our organized moral and political support and encouragement. To promote full adherence to all conservation codes and to demand adequate water standards. To detect and report any polluter and call public and political attention to this crime. To improve our skills as bass anglers through a fellowship of friendly exchange of expert bass catching techniques and ideas. To promote and encourage youth fishing and a love for this great recreational sport.
